The books I have read by the author Diana Palmer are usually short and to the point, wonderfully written stories without the distracting characterizations. "Winter Roses" is no exception. From beginning to end, the story keeps moving without any boring or unneeded descriptions-only what the reader needs to know to become completely involved and wanting to read more. Ms. Palmer is able to bring the characters and environment to life without adding all of the fluff that is found any many novels. "Winter Roses" is a beautifully written romantic story with an amazing ending that leaves the reader content with the ending.
